ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following but are not limited to:
* Enthusiastic, dedicated, and driven individuals to ensure customer excellence through good service.
* Good ability to carry out instructions from management.
* Ensure all food safety controls are maintained and checklists
* Prepare orders for smoothies and juices, coffee and food.
* A customer-oriented positive attitude, good customer service is essential.
* Work timeously in various positions.
* Assist management and other crew members in working together as a team
* Ensure high personal hygiene standards are followed at all times
* Practise “Clean as You Go” at all times and ensure consistently high hygiene standards in the store.
* Assist in training up new recruits as per the brand standards and requirements.
* Ensure continuous awareness of all promotions, product standards and specifications.
EXPERIENCE
* Six months to one year related experience and/or training.
* Espresso Machine knowledge is handy.
