You must have full UK right to work and be able to commute to the Cambridge office two days per week.

You’ll join a collaborative, digitally minded marketing team of 13, spanning business development, content, PR, design, data, and digital. The team operates in a flexible, trust-based environment where creativity, initiative, and measurable impact are encouraged.
You’ll work closely with the SEO Lead, who drives strategy and planning, and the Marketing Director, who champions digital innovation. Together, you’ll ensure that the firm stays ahead of evolving search behaviours and continues to grow its online presence and lead generation performance.
As AI & SEO Specialist, you’ll play a hands-on role in optimising the firm’s organic visibility and driving lead generation through technical SEO, on-page improvements, and experimentation with AI-driven tools and approaches.
You’ll support the SEO Lead in executing strategy, maintaining site health, and uncovering opportunities to enhance performance through data, automation, and creative problem-solving.
Conducting regular technical SEO audits and implementing fixes to optimise site performance.
Supporting the SEO Lead in executing SEO strategies across multiple service areas.
Managing and monitoring keyword performance, backlinks, and crawl health using tools such as Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, GA4, and Google Search Console.
Collaborating with content and digital colleagues to ensure SEO best practice across all web content.
Exploring and implementing AI tools that enhance content creation, keyword research, and performance tracking.
Tracking and reporting performance metrics, contributing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Around 2 years of hands-on SEO experience (agency or in-house).
Strong technical SEO knowledge and proficiency with key tools: Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, GA4, GSC, and WordPress.
Genuine interest in AI developments within search and content.
