The role: Operating within the Customer Care team you will be responding to incoming calls and emails from customers, advising them on the companies products and services. Process orders on the companies in house system. Liaise with internal departments like sales and transport to arrange smooth and timely delivery to customers. Manage customer accounts and maintain customer relationships, escalating any issues to Management. Take incoming calls relating to breakdowns, log jobs on the system and insure they are actioned in line with agreed SLA requirements.What are we looking for?
