We are recruiting 2 experienced IDVA practitioners to support victims of domestic abuse.
Roles available: * Caseworker IDVA - Manage caseloads, complete safety plans, attend MARAC, work with partner agencies. * Duty Officer IDVA - Triage referrals, provide immediate safety planning and crisis support.
Both roles include duty cover (calls, self-referrals, face-to-face support) and require strong record-keeping and system skills (Mainstay preferred). xehkeey
? Experience working with domestic abuse victims essential ? Enhanced DBS (Vulnerable Adults) required ? SafeLives/IDVA qualification desirable
