As an Assistant Store Manager in our Brighton Store, we want your product knowledge and ability to engage with customers and your team to drive your store's performance. You'll be on the shop floor helping our customers find Sleep wellness with the right sleep products, and supporting the team by being a role model for our consultants. Our unique sleepPRO technology will be complemented by your expertise to ensure both customers and colleagues get the best night's sleep! We will fully train you for the role and to support your Store Manager, because we want you to succeed. Whether this is your first step into leadership or a move in your management career, we will provide ongoing support and training to help you build your dream career.

Our customers are in when they're free to shop, which includes evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. This role offers the opportunity to benefit from our fantastic, uncapped commission structure, so being available during these times is essential to maximize your earnings while maintaining a good work/life balance.
