Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
* Develop robust PHP code to build new features of varying complexity.
* Investigate and resolve complex bugs and maintain and refactor existing codebases.
* Offer assistance on technical support queries.
* Share your unique knowledge and experience with the development team through code reviews and technical discussions.
* Consider and implement security and performance best practices in all code you produce.
* Enhance the user experience by making thoughtful suggestions and improvements to projects.
* Create powerful PHP potions in the Tebex alchemy lab.
Requirements
* Eligibility to work in the UK.
* 5+ years of experience with PHP and Laravel, with a deep understanding of various development approaches and design patterns.
* Proficiency in automated testing (PHPUnit, feature tests, etc.).
* High standards and attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills.
* Receptive to feedback and open to new ideas, with a collaborative mindset.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively to overcome challenges.
* Excellent potion brewing and alchemy skills; experience in harvesting invisible salamanders is a serious plus.
