Pertemps is actively recruiting for a HGV Class 2 Driver for a role in the Carberry (Dalkeith/Musselburgh) area of Scotland. This role involve waste management operations, driving a bin lorry.
Job Details
Role: Class 2 Bin Lorry Driver
Location: Carberry/Musselburgh, EH21 8PZ
Pay Rate: Approximately £14.04 to £14.63 per hour, with overtime often available at time and a half.
Hours: Typically 40 hours per week, with regular 07:00 AM starts, generally Monday to Friday.
Contract Type: Temporary ongoing, with potential for permanent employment for suitable candidates.
Requirements
A valid Class 2 (Cat C) HGV license.
A valid Driver CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) card.
A valid Digital Tachograph card.
Previous experience in waste management or multi-drop delivery is beneficial but often not essential.
Newly qualified drivers are encouraged to apply and will receive support.
