What you’ll be doing as an Assistant Centre Manager:
9. Supporting the Centre Manager with day-to-day running of the workshop
10. Making sure customers receive excellent service and leave happy
11. Supervising and helping out Technicians and Fast-Fit staff
12. Managing appointment schedules and workflow in the workshop
13. Keeping everything safe and compliant with health and safety standards
14. Promoting additional services and helping meet sales targets
Requirements of this Assistant Centre Manager position:
15. Experience working in a fast fit or automotive service environment
16. Leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
17. Good organisational and communication skills
18. Strong focus on delivering top-notch customer service
19. Technical knowledge, ideally with some supervisory or technician experience
20. A full driving licence
