As a Purchasing Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of bespoke components through the business, working closely with UK suppliers and internal teams to maintain production schedules and cost efficiency.

As Purchasing Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
* Managing component price changes to ensure best value
* Raising and amending purchase and work orders for internal and external suppliers
* Liaising with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries
* Processing daily reports and resolving issues promptly
* Maintaining the tooling register
As Purchasing Administrator, your experience will include:
* At least 2 years’ experience in a purchasing or procurement related role (desirable but not essential)
* Strong communication and supplier management skills
* Confident working with internal systems and reports
* A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving
