What Youll Be Doing Candidate Sourcing o Identify and attract top talent using job boards, social platforms, professional networks, and databases o Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates Screening & Assessment o Review CVs and applications to evaluate skills, experience, and suitability o Shortlist high-potential candidates for further stages Candidate Engagement o Build strong relationships with candidates through clear and professional communication o Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the hiring process Team Collaboration o Work closely with the recruitment team to understand hiring needs and priorities o Contribute to candidate shortlists and recruitment planning Pre-qualification & Admin Support o Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate fit and interest o Assist with scheduling, coordination, and offer preparation What Were Looking For Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong relationship-building and interpersonal abilities Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail Ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills Self-motivated, focused, and proactive Comfortable using initiative and sound judgement Eager to learn, grow, and share best practices with colleagues Why Join Us?
