Job Purpose
* To work collaboratively with colleagues from across the organisation to support ourways of working and to help identify and implement improvements to our servicesensuring they are effective and efficient.
* To support with the delivery of a range of Business Improvement workstreams using tools and techniques such as performance management, data analysis, project management and a range of improvement techniques e.g. process mapping.
* To support and participate in activities that contribute to the overarching regulatory compliance of the organisation e.g. preparation for inspection, internal health-checks and service reviews.
* To support the Head of Business Improvement and the Senior Business Improvement Officer with the effective delivery of regular performance reporting.
