Role Overview
We are seeking an exceptionally talented and driven E-Commerce & CRM Manager to lead and strengthen our online retail offering by optimising and managing our digital storefront and CRM channels.
This role will play a key part in shaping the future direction of our e-commerce and digital growth strategy, ensuring every element of the online customer journey aligns with our brand identity, customer expectations, and commercial performance targets.
You will take ownership of the Shopify platform and CRM marketing through Klaviyo, managing the full online trading cycle from product launches and merchandising through to customer acquisition, retention, and performance optimisation.
Working closely with the CEO, operations, and customer service teams, you will combine technical expertise, commercial awareness, and digital marketing insight to deliver a best in class online experience that drives traffic, conversion, and revenue growth across multiple markets. This role offers a clear pathway to a future Head of E-commerce position as the brand continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities
E-commerce Management (Shopify)
• Own the day-to-day management and optimisation of the brand’s Shopify e-commerce platform.
• Manage product uploads, collections, and site merchandising, ensuring all product information, imagery, pricing, and content are accurate and aligned with brand standards.
• Coordinate and execute product launches, collection drops, and campaign releases, ensuring seamless execution across the website.
• Oversee homepage updates, collection pages, and promotional landing pages to support launches, campaigns, and seasonal trading activity.
• Monitor key e-commerce performance metrics, including conversion rate, traffic, AOV, revenue, and product performance, identifying opportunities for growth and optimisation.
• Analyse website performance using Shopify analytics, Google Analytics, and other reporting tools to identify trends and actionable insights.
• Lead ongoing CRO initiatives to improve the customer journey and maximise website performance.
• Manage site promotions, discount codes, and trading activity across key retail moments and marketing campaigns.
• Support the management and optimisation of Shopify Markets, ensuring the website performs effectively across international regions, including currency, localisation, and shipping logic.
• Work with internal teams or external developers to support Shopify improvements, integrations, and app management.
Digital Marketing & CRM (Klaviyo)
• Own the brand’s email and SMS marketing strategy through Klaviyo, including campaign planning, segmentation, and automation.
• Build, manage, and optimise automated flows and execute email marketing campaigns aligned with product launches, drops, and promotional activity.
• Analyse CRM performance, including open rates, click-through rates, revenue attribution, and customer retention metrics.
• Develop strategies to improve customer lifetime value, repeat purchase rate, and subscriber growth.
• Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand storytelling across all digital channels.
Digital Growth & Performance
• Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition, retention, and overall digital performance.
• • Support the development of the brand’s wider digital growth strategy, including potential mobile app integration and international expansion.
• Provide regular reporting and performance insights to the CEO
Person Specification
• Minimum 3+ years experience in an e-commerce or digital marketing role, ideally within fashion or consumer brands
• Strong hands on experience managing Shopify e-commerce platforms
• Experience working with Klaviyo or similar CRM/email marketing platforms
• Strong understanding of e-commerce trading, product launches, and digital merchandising
• Experience using Google Analytics or similar reporting tools
• Understanding of conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and customer journey optimisation
• Excellent written English and communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Self-starter with the ability to take ownership in a fast-paced environment
