Location: High Holborn, London (with regular travel across London)
We’re looking for a fantastic Account Manager to join our Dual Management team at Abbatt, covering a 12-month maternity leave.
This role is ideal for someone with Area Manager experience in retail or hospitality, especially if experienced in managing multiple sites, leading teams with energy and empathy, and providing excellent service to clients and internal teams.
About the Role
As part of our Dual Management division, you’ll manage on-site staff across multiple residential buildings in London, including recruitment, onboarding, support, employee relations, and client satisfaction.
You’ll work from our High Holborn office and regularly visit sites to support teams and meet clients. This role combines HR, operations, account management, and client services.
What You’ll Be Doing
Staff & Site Management
* Oversee staffing at high-end residential properties
* Conduct regular site visits to support staff and maintain morale
* Lead recruitment, inductions, training, and appraisals
* Manage employee relations and retention strategies
* Perform Health & Safety checks and ensure compliance
Client Relationship Management
* Serve as the main contact for your client portfolio
* Attend service review meetings and produce performance reports
* Resolve service issues and implement improvements
Operational & Project Support
* Implement and manage staffing contracts
* Manage rotas and ensure site coverage, especially during peak times
* Collaborate with recruitment teams to source talent
* Support temporary staffing needs
* Assist with payroll and invoicing
Business Development & Representation
* Represent Abbatt at networking and client events
* Promote our Dual Management services
What We’re Looking For
* Experience managing multiple sites, preferably in retail or hospitality
* A relationship-builder passionate about service excellence
* Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
* Some knowledge of HR, employee relations, or Health & Safety (training provided)
* Organized, confident, and a strong communicator
* Familiarity with scheduling or HR software is a plus
