Enable is a dynamic and vibrant organisation dedicated to improving the lives of people with learning disabilities. We are seeking a motivated Human Resource Business Partner to join us in ensuring they have equal opportunities.
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will work in partnership with Regional and operational managers to deliver HR solutions within a changing environment. You will provide professional advice and support to line managers on employment matters.
Your role includes ensuring high-quality HR advice on employment issues, promoting early resolution of staffing concerns, and managing complex employee relations cases, including attendance, discipline, and grievances.
About You
* Minimum CIPD Level 5 qualification
* Associate CIPD membership
* Willingness to undertake relevant training or further education
* Credible and skilled business partner with operational and consultative abilities
* Strong influencing and persuasive skills
* Flexible approach and ability to prioritize
* Team player demonstrating positive behaviors
* Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
* Knowledge of Employment Law and employee relations
