South Lanarkshire Council's Landlord Registration Section is seeking to recruit 2 full-time permanent and 1 full-time temporary (1 year) Administrative Assistants to undertake clerical and administrative duties related to the Service.

Can you rise to the challenge of working within a demanding, fast-paced environment? The role is varied, involving daily interactions with members of the public online and on the phone. You must demonstrate a customer-focused approach that matches service delivery. You will also be responsible for processing information related to the online Landlord Register.

Your communication style should vary depending on the aspect of the role being delivered. Please provide practical examples of how your communication style adapts according to the customer type.

We require candidates to show a commitment to learning, enhancing their understanding, and dedication to the role. The ability to work under tight deadlines, problem-solve, work in a team, and possess excellent communication skills are essential. Enjoying a diverse environment and having a flexible attitude to change are also important.
