4. Maintain and update financial records and ledgers.

6. Help reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
7. Provide administrative support to the Accounting & Finance team.
8. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding financial queries.
9. Assist in month-end and year-end financial processes.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
10. Experience or knowledge in accounting or finance processes.
11. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
12. Strong numerical and analytical skills.
13. Ability to work in a structured and organised manner.
