Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive, 3+ PQE, Devon, up to GBP 55k. The firm is looking for a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (STEP qualified) with experience in private client work. Responsibilities
* Advise clients on a wide range of private client matters, including wills, LPAs, estate administration, trusts, inheritance planning, and asset protection.
* Support estate administration, including probate applications and asset distribution, while advising on tax implications and succession planning.
* Manage a varied and often complex caseload, delivering bespoke legal advice with a strong client care focus.
* Build lasting client relationships through clear, compassionate communication and consistent high-quality service.
Qualifications
* 3+ years\' PQE with a proven track record in wills, LPAs, trusts, and estate administration.
* Detail-oriented and able to manage matters independently while maintaining the highest professional standards.
* Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (STEP qualified preferred).
