Trafford schools are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join Axcis as SEND Teaching Assistants. Location: Trafford Salary: £85 to £100 per day (depending on experience) Type of school: Special Schools, Primary Schools, Secondary Schools Type of contract: temporary/supply work Key Responsibilities: -Provide one-on-one and group support to students with SEND, adapting teaching methods to meet their individual needs. -Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs). -Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for students. -Support classroom management and create a positive, inclusive learning environment. -Monitor and report on student progress, helping to adjust strategies as needed.
