Overview
Event Director x 3 role at Saltrama Plastics in Greater London. Focus on leading B2B exhibitions with responsibility for strategy, budget, and team management.
Responsibilities
* Lead from the front on large Key accounts
* Manage 1 Sales Manager
* Fully responsible for hiring, firing, training and mentoring
* Own P&L for the show, budgets and strategic direction
Note: This role requires significant experience in B2B exhibitions and a track record of leadership in event delivery.
Qualifications
* 7 to 10 years of experience in B2B Exhibitions
* At least 3 years in people management
* Experience from an Association background welcomed
* Solid experience working on commercial events
* German language is a bonus but not essential
Offer and Location
Location: Greater London / Europe-based exhibition project
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 with a performance-based £80k–£95k bonus
