Job Description
Do you love sports or have a passion for great customer service? Do you enjoy forming positive relationships? As a Retail Customer Service Manager, you will be an integral part of the Entain family, delivering top customer service and driving standards daily. In our exciting, dynamic Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops, no two days are the same, and you'll have the chance to contribute to a team that wins together and prioritizes our customers.
Reporting to the Shop Manager, you will be part of the Shop team, serving customers and building rapport to encourage repeat business. Are you ready to launch a winning career?
Salary: £12.50 per hour
What you will do
1. Deliver outstanding customer service.
2. Always promote safer gambling.
3. Take bets on a wide range of sports and events.
4. Process customer transactions, including cash handling.
5. Help demonstrate our products & betting terminals to customers.
6. Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills.
7. Work towards defined targets and goals.
8. Maintain high shop standards.
9. Open or close the shop as needed.
Working patterns
Our shops can be open from Monday to Sunday, 8am - 10pm, depending on the location. This includes weekends and bank holidays. Your typical weekly rota will be 20 hours, comprising a mix of long opening shifts (post-training), long closing shifts, and shorter evening shifts, varying week to week. As a key holder, you will be responsible for opening and closing the shop.
At Entain, we believe in a healthy work-life balance and commit to providing your rota at least four weeks in advance.

* You must be 18 years of age or over to work in our betting shops.

* Self-motivated and proactive.

* Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.
