I am excited to be recruiting on behalf of a well-respected manufacturing client who is seeking an experienced Customer Service Co-ordinator to join their team. This is a key role within the business, responsible for managing complex customer orders and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts.
Your new role
The successful candidate will act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring that orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. You’ll work closely with internal departments, including production, logistics, and sales to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.
1. Manage end-to-end order processing for key accounts, including bespoke and complex orders
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted point of contact
3. Liaise with internal teams to ensure accurate lead times, stock availability, and delivery schedules
4. Resolve queries and issues promptly and professionally
5. Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems
6. Support continuous improvement initiatives within the customer service function
