The Role:
We're looking for a skilled and results-driven Senior Content & Demand Generation Executive to join our growing marketing team.
Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, this is a hands-on role for someone with a strong digital skill set and a proven track record in B2B tech/cyber security marketing. You'll take ownership of demand generation activity across multiple channels, with measurable responsibility for pipeline contribution and campaign ROI.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives on execution, but also wants to contribute ideas and insights to help shape our strategy.
What You'll Be Doing:
Campaign Delivery
· Lead demand generation campaigns end-to-end, taking charge of organic, social, and email activity with a clear focus on generating qualified leads.
· Stay ahead of industry trends in IT and Cyber Security to ensure campaigns are timely, relevant, and credible.
· Own campaign ROI — tracking pipeline contribution and optimising for conversion.
Content Creation
· Create high-impact content that drives demand, including threat reports, case studies, nurture campaigns, videos, and webinars.
· Re-purpose content for use across key channels, ensuring consistency and alignment to campaign goals.
· Collaborate with subject matter experts in IT & Cyber Security to ensure technical accuracy and thought leadership.
Email Marketing
· Build and manage targeted email campaigns and automated journeys, nurturing leads through the funnel.
· Support lead scoring and lifecycle processes, ensuring MQLs convert into SQLs and opportunities.
· Test, measure and optimise email activity, reporting on performance and pipeline impact.
Sales & Partner Alignment
· Align with Sales and Partner Success to ensure campaigns generate opportunities, not just clicks.
· Create sales enablement materials (one-pagers, case studies, presentations) to support conversations.
· Provide feedback and insights from campaign results to influence strategy discussions with the Head of Marketing.
Social Media Management
· Manage Stripe OLT's social presence across key channels, particularly LinkedIn.
· Develop content that engages target audiences, builds communities and aligns with campaign objectives.
· Monitor performance, optimise activity, and contribute to building our online reputation.
What We're Looking For:
Experience
· years' B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years focused on demand generation.
· Proven track record of delivering pipeline growth in the IT, tech, or cybersecurity sector.
· Strong understanding of the B2B sales funnel and how to move leads from MQL to SQL.
· Hands-on expertise with marketing automation, CRM systems (ideally Dynamics Customer Insights), SEO, paid social, and email/demand gen execution (including automation and nurture design).
· Proven ability to create content that converts — from campaign assets to thought leadership.
· Excellent copywriting skills, confident using AI to accelerate outputs.
· Experience with video planning, shooting and editing (we don't need a full videographer, but you can create punchy social content).
· Familiarity with social scheduling/management tools and CMS/WordPress with basic SEO principles.
· Strong analytical mindset — able to interpret data, spot trends, and optimise performance.
· Experience managing campaign budgets.
· A proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
