Sharp Consultancy are delighted to be working with a well-established and growing business based in Bradford who are looking to appoint a Finance Administrator to join their dynamic finance team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their finance career, offering exposure across all areas of transactional finance including purchase ledger, sales ledger, bank reconciliations, and general accounts administration.

Key responsibilities:

* Processing invoices and credit notes accurately and efficiently

* Supporting with bank reconciliations and cash postings

* Assisting with supplier statement reconciliations

* Handling queries from suppliers and internal departments

* Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation

* Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc tasks and month-end duties

What we’re looking for:

* Ideally previous experience in a finance or accounts administration role

* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

* Confident communicator with a proactive approach

* Good working knowledge of Excel and finance systems

* A team player with a willingness to learn and develop
