As a Registered Manager your role will involve managing the residential home on a day to day basis, ensuring it is compliant in meeting all relevant legislative and contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the smooth daily operations of the home, ensuring all functions are efficiently coordinated. From overseeing care delivery to managing staff schedules and well-being, your keen attention to detail will help create a safe and nurturing environment for the children.
