Care Assistant (Nights) role at Aurem Care

Responsibilities
* Caring and supporting residents in their journey with Aurem Care.
* Providing personal care, social support and creating impactful, heart‑warming memories.
* Ensuring residents’ needs are met through our electronic care platform “Nourish.”
* Working within a committed team member.
* Showing positive caring values in all aspects of practice.
* Performing any ad hoc duties to support service delivery for residents.
Qualifications
* Enthusiastic about providing care and demonstrating compassion.
* Great values and compassion for supporting people.
* Experience is an advantage, but not necessary, as full support and training will be provided.
* Ability to work well as part of a team and independently, showing creativity and passion for the work you do.
* Great communication skills.
* Ability to follow and prioritise tasks and responsibilities.
* Engaging well with people we support in their continuing interests and supporting positive experiences.

* Hourly rate: £12.21 per hour.
* Flexible hours: 22, 33 or 44 hours available per week, inclusive of weekend work (bank options also available!).
* Hours: 8pm – 8am.
