Senior Credit Risk Modelling Analyst
Up to £55K
Hybrid working (once a month in the office)
An exciting and rewarding opportunity for an experienced Senior Credit Risk Analyst to develop and monitor Credit Risk and Impairment models, coaching and mentoring Analysts, identifying and maximising opportunities to improve model performance, contributing to the delivery of business goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Work collaboratively to develop and monitor the Credit Risk and Impairment models
2. Analyse model movements, segmenting to understand trends, and make recommendations to maximise performance
3. Play a key role in providing MI and insightful commentary based on model evaluation and impact assessments to drive continuous improvement
4. Communicate analysis/findings and monthly monitoring effectively to manager, team and senior stakeholders
5. Display strong attention to detail
6. Provide effective coaching and mentoring of Analysts, building capabilities to support objectives and ensure all areas of governance, risk and compliance standards are adhered to
7. Challenge current approaches, always seeking to improve
