Technical Support Engineer |Somerotes| Salary - £39000 - £43000 |Cherry Professional are currently recruiting for a Technical Engineer. You will be responsible for working with our existing and many new Software suppliers to drive change and innovation, where we are front and centre to deliver. Managing the suppliers to ensure the value is secured and new opportunities for costs saving or innovation are exploited.Responsibilities:
* Interpretating Technical drawings
* Provide technical advice
* Assist internal and external customers with technical support including proof reading of technical publications
* Complete technical reports following field visit activities, ensuring the report is written in a way that a customer could understand the content
* Provide assistance and work on projects as directed
* Remotely diagnosing and resolving technical issues
* Coordinating field service visits
* Providing a best-in-class customer experience for our business customers.
* Listen to any service issues the customer may be experiencing and ensure the right service teams are dealing with them appropriately if it’s not something you can fix on site
Ideal Candidate:
1. Previous experience in a technical support role, preferably in the water and wastewater treatment industry.
