Onboarding Administrator
Bupa Place, Salford Quays (M50 3SP)
Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hours)
Monday – Friday Shifts between 8.00am – 6.00pm
Salary £25,200
This role is office based with potential for Hybrid working options available once signed off. - This is not a fully remote working position. Once competent in role you will benefit from hybrid working but will be required to attend the office on Monday and Tuesday each week.

You’ll help us make health happen by:
Supporting our customers in the beginning of their journey with us and help onboard them onto the relevant systems and work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth transition. You'll be required to answer, facilitate and resolve all queries from internal and external customers (decision makers, group secretaries, intermediaries / brokers etc), providing a professional and dedicated service by telephone, email and webchat.
You'll need the ability to interpret client needs and develop and maintain a sound understanding of our customers and their requirements.
1. Make important decisions within agreed parameters relating to workload priorities and make day to day decisions without upwards referral.
2. Proactively foster and develop excellent working relationships with our customers and intermediaries.
3. Build and maintain a network of contacts throughout the business to facilitate solutions to issues or complaints received.
4. Propose client specific solutions based on their cross functional technical understanding of products and technical systems.
5. Good attention to detail and the ability to work accurately with group information, fully supporting quality initiatives in place
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
6. Must be fluent and confident telephone, webchat and PC users.
