* Location– JD Group, Head Office in Bury Greater Manchester with travel across the UK

Role Overview:
Supporting the Property Project Managers in the delivery of new store projects, JD Gyms and the ongoing refurbishment and development of the JD Group Global HQ.
The role focuses on ensuring the projects remain within the timeline and that key stakeholders are kept up to date on the progress. It supports our existing remit to act as a centre of excellence to drive estate standards to a market-leading level.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
* Reporting to the Project Manager & liaising with the Property department, you will support with the management of the end to end project cycle of our Retail Stores and JD Gyms across the UK along with the HQ Campus improvements.
* This includes coordinating the efforts of JD Group Designers, Project teams and third-party contractors or consultants, in order to deliver projects according to plan.
* Monitor and track the approved capital budget for each project.
* Liaise with Group health and safety specialists to ensure best practice is adhered to.
* Strive for excellence in all processes within the project & design team, continually reviewing and developing improvements
Skills / Experience / Knowledge needed:
* Some experience or relevant internships in a similar role would be an advantage.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Basic understanding of business and production processes.
* Ability to work effectively and efficiently while maintaining quality.
* Resilience and willingness to learn.
* Self-motivated and proactive attitude.
* A valid driving license as travel across the UK may be required.
