Looking for a reliable and experienced multi-trade/maintenance contractor for ongoing property maintenance and refurbishment work across Portsmouth and surrounding areas. The right person will be confident handling general maintenance tasks and take pride in a clean, tidy finish.
Typical work includes:
* General repairs and maintenance
* Basic carpentry tasks
* Small refurb works
* Minor plumbing work ideal but not essential
* Working alongside a labourer/decorator when required
Requirements:
* Must have own tools
* Must have own transport (no vehicle supplied)
* Previous experience in property maintenance or refurb work
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
* Positive attitude with a willingness to get stuck in
* Photos of previous work required
