Your new role
In a team of circa 12 engineers, you will look after day-to-day equipment availability and improvement. More industrial and heavier work is managed by contractors to free you up to really understand the equipment and deliver improvements. You will enjoy ongoing training in the role to keep your skills sharp. You will notice a strong willingness to invest in equipment and upgrades, which in turn helps you look after more reliable equipment.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need a level of reasonable multi-skilled experience in maintenance. You can be trained on equipment specifics, but a grounding in maintenance is essential for the role.
What you'll get in return
Working Monday to Friday days with only working weekends during a peak seasonal need and if there is planned project work. Salary for this is £40000 to £45000 and overtime on an enhanced package.
