An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Digital Marketing Manager to join a fast‑paced fashion led business. This role will take ownership of driving online growth through a multi‑channel digital acquisition strategy.
This is a highly commercial and data‑driven position, focused on scaling performance across key digital channels while maximising ROI and customer acquisition. You will also play a key role in shaping the wider digital roadmap, working cross‑functionally to support overall trading performance.
Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver the overall performance marketing strategy across key digital channels including PPC, paid social, SEO, affiliates, display, and app campaigns.
* Own forecasting and budgeting across digital acquisition, tracking performance against key KPIs and optimising accordingly.
* Manage and optimise significant digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient spend and strong return on investment.
* Oversee external agency partners, ensuring delivery against agreed objectives, timelines, and performance targets.
* Drive continuous optimisation through testing and experimentation, including A/B testing and conversion rate improvements.
* Lead on attribution modelling and performance analysis to inform strategic decision‑making.
* Collaborate with SEO partners to improve organic performance, including keyword strategy and on‑site optimisation.
* Own CRM channels including email and SMS, driving retention through segmentation, automation, and personalised campaigns.
* Work closely with loyalty and CRM teams to develop targeted customer journeys across the full lifecycle.
* Support wider marketing activity, ensuring digital channels align with brand campaigns and trading plans.
* Identify and implement new opportunities to improve digital performance and customer acquisition.
* Partner with internal teams including trading, marketing, and tech to ensure a cohesive digital approach.
* Mentor and support junior team members, fostering development and high performance.
* Contribute to the wider eCommerce strategy, sharing insights and supporting overall online growth.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a digital or performance marketing role, ideally within eCommerce or retail.
* Strong understanding of key digital channels including PPC, paid social, SEO, affiliates, and display.
* Experience managing and optimising large‑scale marketing budgets.
* Confident working with data, with strong analytical skills and experience using tools such as Google Analytics.
* Experience with CRM platforms and email marketing tools such as Mailchimp or Klaviyo.
* Understanding of attribution models, testing frameworks, and conversion optimisation.
* Experience managing external agencies and stakeholders.
* Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress and basic HTML knowledge.
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
* Commercially focused, results‑driven, and proactive in identifying opportunities.
