Job Description
3. Manage the preparation of financial statements and reports.
4. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
5. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
6. Lead the monthly and year-end close processes.
7. Analyse financial data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
8. Maintain and improve internal controls and financial systems.
9. Supervise and support the accounting team in their daily operations.
10. Collaborate with external auditors and stakeholders as required.
The Successful Applicant
11. ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified accountant
12. Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
13. Proven experience in financial management
14. Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
15. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
16. Strong leadership and team management skills.
