Role and Responsibilities:
* Manage a varied caseload including wills, estate administration, powers of attorney, Court of Protection matters, and trusts
* Demonstrate a solid technical understanding of private client work, with particular expertise in trusts
* Work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to a collaborative team culture
* Engage effectively with clients, providing a high level of service and tailored advice
Requirements:
* Minimum 6 years’ post-qualification experience in private client law
* Strong communication and IT skills
* STEP qualification preferred
* Experience with cross-border estate matters is advantageous but not essential
* A client-focused and personable approach with the ability to build strong professional relationships
