Are you a qualified teacher with a passion for supporting pupils with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs?
We are seeking an adaptable, resilient, and compassionate SEMH Teacher to join an outstanding group of specialist schools in the Salisbury area.

* Delivering creative, differentiated lessons that engage and challenge learners
* Building trust-based relationships with students who may display challenging behaviours
* Working collaboratively with SENCOs, therapists, and support staff
* Supporting students' emotional regulation and personal development
* Creating a safe, consistent, and engaging classroom experience
* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and experience teaching in SEN or SEMH settings
* A strong understanding of trauma-informed practice and behaviour support
* Patience, empathy, and a passion for making learning accessible for all
* The ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse and complex needs
