We’re working exclusively with the business to find a Financial Controller to help lead the UK finance function. It’s a hands-on, commercially involved role that comes with real visibility and responsibility.

The RoleThis is a key leadership role within a close-knit, experienced finance team. Reporting to the Finance Director, you’ll take the lead on financial operations across the UK business – from month-end and commercial reporting to improving systems and driving best practice.
It’s a hands-on role, suited to someone who’s as comfortable rolling up their sleeves as they are engaging with senior stakeholders. You’ll manage a small team and work across everything from pricing analysis and rebate models to tax compliance, audit prep, and balance sheet integrity.
You’ll also be an important link between the UK and Group finance teams overseas, especially when it comes to reporting deadlines, transfer pricing and intercompany matters.
What we’re looking forWe’re open to people already working at FC level, or ambitious Finance Managers looking for their next step up. Either way, you’ll need to be fully qualified (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) and have a strong background in product-focused industries like wholesale, manufacturing, retail or distribution.
It’s important that you’re comfortable working with data-heavy environments, ideally experienced in product costing, and naturally process-driven. But just as crucial is your ability to build relationships, influence change, and bring a sense of pace and rhythm to the finance function.
