Circet is now recruiting for our 12-month Graduate Programme across various office regions in Ireland and the UK.
We are seeking graduates eager to learn, apply their skills, and driven to succeed. Motivated, ambitious, and hardworking candidates will gain invaluable experience and transferable skills to grow personally and professionally with Circet.
We are looking for a Human Resources Graduate to join our HR team in Selkirk, Scotland. As a graduate, you will support HR administration, adhere to procedures, and be a dedicated team member.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
2. Prepare HR documentation, including contracts, offer letters, and policies.
3. Assist in monitoring HR systems, such as absence tracking and probation reviews.
4. Respond to HR queries from employees and escalate issues when necessary.
5. Ensure HR policies and procedures are current and compliant with employment laws.
6. Support disciplinary and grievance processes by preparing documentation and scheduling meetings.
7. Create reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates).
8. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR matters professionally.
Knowledge & Skills Requirements:
1. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
5. Previous experience in administration (desirable but not essential).
6. Knowledge of HR software or HRIS (desirable but not essential).
7. CIPD Level 3 qualification or working towards it (desirable but not essential).
