Your Responsibilities Will Include
* Leading and developing a motivated team
* Driving productivity and quality standards
* Managing workflow and resources effectively
* Building strong relationships with suppliers and work providers
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in a Bodyshop or Accident Repair Centre
* A Full UK Driving Licence
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
