The Role This is an exciting opportunity to support students pastorally to achieve and be the best version of themselves on a daily basis. You will work in close collaboration with the Student Progress Leader of Year group/s and school team working holistically and preventatively to ensure learner well-being and attainment by providing 360 degrees of care, support and challenge for the students and families within your year group/s. Promoting positive attendance and punctuality through the Academy Attendance strategy and provide professional support to vulnerable groups and their families to include access to multi-agency support. Please note that a teaching qualification is not required for this role. You should enjoy working with young people and be able to establish positive working relationships; setting and upholding high expectations for learning and behaviour.
