Role Purpose The team leader is responsible and accountable for all aspects of the management of the people, performance, and quality and continuous improvement of their team. This includes a scorecard of measures including health & safety, operational performance, quality, productivity and efficiency, team development and engagement. The Team Leader understands, is aligned with and actively works towards operational achievement of the strategic objectives of the business, as they relate to Production.
