This varied role supports a wide range of clients with high quality HR advice, employee relations and HR administration.
You will work closely with consultants to manage ER cases, prepare HR documents, support payroll, contribute to HR projects and promote the use of AI tools to improve efficiency. The role also includes assisting with recruitment, preparing job descriptions, coordinating interviews and ensuring compliance with pre-employment checks.
We are looking for someone organised, adaptable and confident communicating at all levels, with strong HR experience and a client focused approach.
CIPD Level 3 or 5 is preferred. This is an office based role, 35 hours per week, with some client visits.
Salary £45k to £50k.
