Morgan McKinley is seeking an experienced Bid Writer for A well–established and rapidly expanding national company based in Crawley.
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Bid Writer to support the sales team by creating high–quality proposals and presentations, maintaining accurate CRM data and managing a smooth and timely bid process. This is a detail–focused role centred on coordination and content development within the new business workflow.

Location – Crawley (Hybrid)
DESCRIPTION.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the sales team by creating clear, high–quality proposals and presentations
* Write proposal content using input and ideas from the Business Development Director
* Draft presentation decks
* Create presentation decks that follow company templates
* Keep the CRM system up to date
* Ensure bids are completed and submitted on time
* Focus on detail, coordination, and content writing to support new business effort
* Update opportunity stages
* Enter accurate closing dates and deal values
* Track outcomes of submitted bids
Requirements:
* Experience in a similar role
* Track record in bid writing and understanding of the tendering process
* Excellent communication and writing abilities
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Proven experience working with external stakeholders
* Organised individual with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
