Located in Romford, close to Chadwell Heath station, our nursery features spacious rooms and gardens tailored to different age groups. Our experienced staff believe in the importance of variety in learning, making each day engaging and different. Role Overview:
As a Room Manager, you will lead a team to create and implement daily activities that engage and educate children. You will work closely with the management team and parents to foster strong relationships and best practices.

Candidate Requirements:
* Level 3 qualification in childcare or higher
* Commitment and passion for delivering outstanding childcare
* Ability to work effectively within a team
* Broad knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding policies
