A national Construction Consultancy is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Central London. The Quantity Surveyor will be involved in delivering a variety of retail and commercial projects across the UK. This Quantity Surveyor role will suit someone looking to develop their career in a client-facing environment. The Quantity Surveyor will work within a cost management team supporting national rollouts and fast-paced refurbishments. This is an opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to gain structured progression and work on high-volume programmes. The Company? The business is growing their London team due to an increasing project pipeline and demand from key clients. The Role As the Quantity Surveyor, you will work alongside Senior QSs and Associates to support pre- and post-contract delivery across multiple schemes. The role will include: Delivering cost planning and estimating Preparing tender documentation Managing valuations, variations and final accounts Reporting cost data and managing budgets Engaging with clients and contractorsThe Quantity Surveyor?
