Conduct deep-dive analysis of operational and commercial performance to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Model financial and productivity impacts of proposed changes (e.g., cost reductions, revenue uplift). Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership. Serve as the go-to analytics expert for Sales, Operations, Marketing, HR, Senior Leadership, and Digital teams. Support key initiatives with data-driven recommendations and performance guidance. Design and oversee high-quality dashboards and reports while shifting reporting from reactive data provision to proactive performance insight. Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with business priorities in reporting. Quantify efficiency gains and productivity improvements through commercial modelling. Model ROI for digital initiatives, automation, and system enhancements. Provide evidence-based financial analysis to support business cases.
