At Dignity Funerals were looking for a qualified Finance Manager to partner with two dynamic areas of the business - Legal Services and Simplicity (our direct cremation funeral plan business) - driving performance, insight, and growth.

What You’ll Be Doing
Own the Story Behind the Numbers
* Deliver clear, concise reporting that drives action—not just hindsight
* Provide meaningful insights into performance, risks, and opportunities
* Evolve reporting frameworks to support smarter decision-making
Drive Performance & Commercial Insight
* Analyse revenue, volume, margin and key drivers
* Support pricing, cost optimisation, and commercial initiatives
* Turn complex data into practical, actionable recommendations
Support Digital Growth (Simplicity)
* Evaluate marketing performance across leads, conversion, and acquisition cost
* Link spend to ROI and financial outcomes
* Provide insight on customer behaviour and growth opportunities
Lead Planning & Forecasting
* Own budgeting, reforecasting, and financial modelling
* Deliver scenario planning to support strategic decisions
* Proactively highlight risks and opportunities
Be a True Business Partner
* Influence, challenge and support senior stakeholders
* Build strong relationships across finance, marketing, and operations
* Improve financial understanding across non-finance teams
What We’re Looking For
* Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
* Strong background in management reporting, commercial finance, and performance analysis
* Experience influencing business decisions through insight and storytelling
* Understanding of revenue drivers, pricing, and profitability
* Confident operating in fast-paced, evolving environments
* Ability to work with developing data and improve reporting over time
Desirables :
* Experience in regulated industries (legal, financial services, etc.)
* Exposure to digital or marketing performance analytics (ROI, conversion, acquisition cost)
