Senior Customer Success Manager
Arrow's Enterprise Computing Solutions is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager. The primary objective of this role is to drive monthly/annual recurring revenue via CloudHealth's customers and Managed Services Provider partners. You will be accountable for quarterly revenue targets and pipeline forecasting based on monthly recurring revenue (MRR).
What will you be doing at Arrow ECS?
1. Develop, manage, and foster relationships between Arrow Global services and potential customers.
2. Identify new business opportunities including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products, and services.
3. Collaborate and build relationships with key stakeholders within customers/partners and Arrow sales teams to ensure successful execution.
4. Forecast partner and customer MRR and drive pipeline generation activities.
5. Support pricing and deals across multiple customer/partner routes to market to ensure excellent experiences for partners and customers.
6. Provide deal support on major/strategic opportunities with assigned partners and customers. Act as the main conduit for CloudHealth-related activities.
7. Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events.
What are we looking for?
* Experience in a similar role within customer service, sales, or business development in a relevant sector.
* Ability to build and develop strategic business relationships.
* Experience interacting with high-level stakeholders from large accounts.
* Strong market knowledge and understanding of the value provided by a distributor to the channel.
* Willingness to travel up to 30% for partner meetings, events, enablement, and pipeline activities.
* Effective communication skills at all organizational levels.
* Fluency in English.
