Operations Administrator Responsibilities:
•Provide an outstanding level of customer service to our clients
•Calendar management
•Booking in deliveries with our clients
•Process all delivery related administration to include quotations, storage and returns where applicable
About You:
•You will have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in an administrative role using Microsoft Office and have an excellent level of written and spoken English.
•You will have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in a customer service or client facing role.
•You will be highly organised and have experience of calendar administration and booking appointments or scheduling tasks.
•You will enjoy working as part of a team and thrive on building positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and our dealers alike.
