Location – Cheltenham

Role – Receptionist / Administration Assistant - Infrastructure

Purpose of the role: We are looking for a Receptionist / Administration Assistant to work on our new major highways scheme on the M5 J10 in Cheltenham.


What will you be doing:

* Welcome visitors and act as a clear, friendly first point of contact.
* Prepare letters and documents and support printing, copying and filing.
* Manage incoming and outgoing mail in a structured, reliable way.
* Support new starters with practical setup tasks (e.g., passes, contacts, basics).
* Maintain stationery and office supplies to agreed stock levels.
* Help organise meetings, including room bookings and simple tech setup (e.g., Teams).
* Keep records accurate and up to date, including contacts, archives and invoices.
* Provide general admin support in a supportive, well-structured environment.


About you:

* Confident using computers, office software, and standard office equipment.
* Understanding of basic admin processes like filing, record keeping, and office management.
* Organised and able to manage routine tasks accurately and reliably.
* Able to follow clear procedures and learn new systems with support.
* Dedicated to building an inclusive environment that values different working styles.
