Project Manager / Senior Project Manager – Super-Prime Residential

We are a privately‑owned, award‑winning principal contractor specialising exclusively in the construction, refurbishment and bespoke fit‑out of London’s finest private residences and luxury apartments. Due to continued growth and an exceptional pipeline of new instructions, we are now seeking an outstanding Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead some of the capital’s most prestigious super‑prime projects in Mayfair, Belgravia, Knightsbridge, Kensington & Chelsea and Regent’s Park.
The Opportunity
* Full ownership of landmark £5m–£20m+ super‑prime residential schemes from inception through to final handover and aftercare
* End‑to‑end delivery responsibility: programming, procurement strategy, commercial management, design coordination, quality assurance, health & safety and client liaison
* Direct leadership of site‑based teams, specialist subcontractors and in‑house trades
* Regular interface with ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients, family offices, private client advisors, architects and consultant teams
You
* Proven, verifiable track record successfully delivering super‑prime or true high‑end prime residential projects in Central London (essential – we will only consider candidates with this specific background)
* Experience gained with recognised top‑tier main contractors or boutique super‑prime specialists
* Expert‑level knowledge of complex basement excavations, major structural alterations, façade retention, listed/heritage works and the very highest specification internal finishes
* First‑class client‑facing presence and communication skills – comfortable and credible in the most discerning private client environments
* A stable career history with long‑term project completions highly valued
